【个人简介】

齐鑫，河北昌黎人，2010年获河北农业大学农学学士学位；2016年获中国农业大学理学博士学位。主讲《生物信息学》、《微生物制药技术》等课程。主持在研国家自然科学基金面上项目1项，主持完成国家自然科学基金青年项目1项、江苏省高等学校自然科学研究面上项目1项、中国博士后科学基金面上项目1项、江苏省博士后科学基金项目1项。在国内外知名期刊Briefings   in bioinformatics和Clinical and translational medicine等发表SCI论文10余篇，参与发表论文3篇。

【研究领域】

特定条件下生物基因表达特征和调控机理，包括(1)转录组表达谱数据的系统整合；(2)ceRNA调控网络构建和通路分析；(3)癌症进展过程中基因表达和功能分析；(4)癌症预后风险预测模型的构建与分析。
